Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — including personal care products, intimate goods, perishable items and digital products. Any non-returnable status will be noted on the product page where applicable.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@sawaidstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to show the funds.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
